Refund Policy

If your service suffers from technical error, you’re entitled to ask for a full refund within 72 hours of your purchase. We will reimburse the full expense of your order, including any processing fees.

A “technical error” can be:

1. An ordered package that was not successfully activated

2. An ordered upgrade that was not successfully processed.

3. An error in payment processing

4. A connection issue or lack of performance within the first 72 hours after your purchase (case-by-case evaluation).
